Llerandi Drone Solutions brings aerospace-grade technology to facade maintenance. We replace traditional, abrasive cleaning methods with a specialized drone-led "soft-wash" system that restores your building’s aesthetic while protecting its structural integrity.
Llerandi Drone Solutions
Two washing aircraft, matched to two different kinds of site. The Matrice 400 brings precision to occupied, enclosed and tight-access properties. The JTC-30 brings power and volume to open industrial elevations that can be cleared of people. A third aircraft surveys the building first, and that survey decides which of the two flies your job.
Precision platform for occupied and restricted sites
The Matrice 400 RTK is the access platform. Residential buildings, courtyards, narrow setbacks and properties that stay occupied during the work are flown with a pressurized wash lance, at a fraction of the JTC-30's footprint and standoff requirement. RTK positioning accurate to one centimetre and onboard LiDAR let it hold a tight, repeatable line against the facade in places a heavy platform has no business being.

Heavy-lift platform for open industrial sites
The JTC-30 is the power platform. A tethered ground pump feeds it through a 160-metre high-pressure line, so it washes continuously without carrying water and covers thousands of square metres in a shift. It is deployed on large commercial elevations, warehouse and plant exteriors, roofs and solar arrays, on sites where the working area can be closed to foot traffic and a controlled perimeter established for the duration of the operation. Where that perimeter is not achievable, the job goes to the Matrice 400.

Scout and documentation aircraft
The Air 3S flies first. Every project opens with a reconnaissance pass that maps the elevation, records surface condition and sets standoff distances, and that survey is what determines which wash platform is assigned to the site. It also handles project documentation and real estate photography.

Specifications are manufacturer-published figures. Operational limits on any given site are set by the airspace authorization, the site risk assessment and prevailing weather at the time of flight.
